The storm was raging and the disciples were busy looking at it. However, Jesus was not. He was sleeping. Resting. When we choose to trust God our Father to straighten the errors of the past, keep us in the present and guide us into the future, we are able to rest! The act of active obedience in this one simple step of faith can transform how we view the storms all around us. Let’s choose to trust God in all things and experience the rest we spent desperately need in the midst of our storm.
